Easy 3-Day EXCHANGE Policy

  1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the delivery date.

  • Reverse Shipment Fee: A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable both COD & Prepaid

  • Return Pickup Attempts:

    • Pickups will be attempted within 24–72 hours from your request.

    • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.

  • Exchange: The replacement outfit will be dispatched from our warehouse only after the returned item is collected from your location and will be delivered in 4-8 business working days.

  • Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area.

  1. Refund Process

  • For COD Orders:

    • Once the returned item is processed by our QC team, the refund will be issued as gift card. The voucher will be sent to your registered email after the product passes the quality check. The refund credit may take up to 14 working days from the pickup date.

  • For Prepaid Orders:

    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method only after the returned item passes the quality check. This may take up to 14 working days from the pickup date.

Please Note: Reward points, shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  1. Returns for Outfits Purchased Under Offers

  • Outfits bought under ‘Buy One Get One Free’ or 'Flash Sale' offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Outfits purchased during festive offers or other discounts can be returned in exchange for a SAHNI COLLECTION Gift Card only.

  1. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags intact.

  • Outfits with removed labels or tags will be considered used and are not eligible for refund/exchange.

  1. Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Returns

While we strive for flexibility in our returns policy, the following conditions will result in non-acceptance of returns:

  • Used or washed outfits

  • Original packaging not provided

  • Outfits that have been exchanged once

Note: SAHNI COLLECTION reserves the right to update the list of product categories excluded from this policy without prior notice.

  1. Customized/Altered Outfits

Customized outfits are made specifically for the “Unique You” and cannot fit other customers, so we cannot accept returns or exchange for these items.

  1. Reporting Issues (Damages, Missing Parts, Size Mismatch, Wrong Product)

  1. If the product does not meet standards upon delivery, notify us within 48 hours via:

  2. After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and inform you about refund eligibility.
